Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of BI Adlytics, operated by Bitesu India (Delhi, India) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BI Adlytics provides analytics and optimisation tools for Amazon sellers and agencies, including profit reconciliation, advertising analysis, bulk change preparation and reporting, subject to the plan you select.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to connect any Amazon account you add.
3. Plans, billing and renewals
Plans are priced by monthly order volume as shown on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions continue until cancelled; if a renewal payment is not made, access continues for a 7-day grace period and is then suspended. You can cancel at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other customers, reverse engineer the platform, or use it in violation of Amazon's policies or applicable law.
5. Amazon data and third parties
Your use of Amazon APIs is also subject to Amazon's terms. We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. Payment processing is provided by Instamojo under its own terms.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise and Custom plans may include specific uptime commitments as agreed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business decisions made using the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination we handle your data as described in our Data Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
