Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BI Adlytics ("BI Adlytics", "we", "us"), operated by Bitesu India (Delhi, India), collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and application.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, phone, business/brand name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Amazon data you authorise us to access via Amazon's official Ads API and Selling Partner API: advertising performance, orders, settlements, inventory, returns and Brand Analytics reports for the accounts you connect.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (Instamojo). We do not store card details.
- Usage data: cookies and analytics (via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) to understand and improve the site.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the service (compute profit, surface wasted spend, prepare bulk changes, generate reports), to support and onboard you, to process payments and manage your subscription, and to communicate service and account updates. We do not sell your personal or Amazon data.
3. How Amazon data is handled
Access is granted through Amazon's own consent screens and can be revoked by you at any time in Seller Central. We use Amazon data solely to provide features to you, in line with Amazon's Acceptance Data Protection Policy. Details of storage, encryption and retention are in our Data Policy.
4. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service — e.g. cloud hosting and database (Supabase), deployment (Vercel), payments (Instamojo), and analytics (Google) — each under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Security
Tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted, access is restricted, and workspace data is isolated per customer. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
6. Retention
We retain account and Amazon data while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards (see Data Policy), then delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw Amazon access, by contacting us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
