How BI Adlytics protects your Amazon account and the data that comes from it. See also our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.
1. Amazon-approved access
You connect Amazon Ads and Amazon Selling Partner (Seller Central) through Amazon's own approval screens. We never ask for your Seller Central password, and you never share it with us.
2. Revoke access any time
You can withdraw BI Adlytics' access yourself, from Amazon, at any time. You don't need to contact us to do it.
3. Device verification
When you sign in from a new device, we send a one-time code to your email. The device is only trusted once that code is entered.
4. Your data stays in your workspace
Each customer's data stays scoped to their own workspace. Encryption, retention and incident response are covered in our Data Policy.
5. Team and client permissions
- Invite your team members to your workspace.
- Give a client their own login and choose exactly which screens they see, view-only or with editing.
- Every bulk change records who made it and when.
6. Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security problem in BI Adlytics, email info@biadlytics.com with the details. Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix it before any public disclosure.
